Grontas has a rich history as the Owner and Creative Director of Flowers of the World from January 1998 to July 2022, specializing in hospitality event design and private residence florals. Additionally, Grontas was the Owner and Creative Director of Floralia Decorators at The Waldorf Astoria from December 1995 to March 2017, focusing on exclusive floral services for high-profile events in New York City. Early career experience includes window display and design at Marvin Schimel Display from May 1979 to September 1981, creating seasonal displays for high-end retail boutiques.
