Cleo Tyler

Cleo Tyler is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in leading data projects across various companies. Currently serving as a Staff Data Engineer at Flex since October 2025, Cleo previously held the position of Lead Data Engineer at ClickUp from October 2021 to September 2025. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, Manager of Quantitative Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Analyst at Pandora from January 2019 to October 2021. Prior experience encompasses positions as a Data Scientist and Analyst at Digitas North America, along with internships at Kaplan Test Prep, and the Stanford Research Institute in both the Artificial Intelligence Center and Speech Department.
