Patrick Flor

Patrick Flor is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Flex since January 2025, leading initiatives in Risk, Underwriting, and AI automation. Co-founding and fulfilling the role of CEO at Platter since April 2019, Patrick has focused on enhancing development workflows with an innovative branching Postgres database service. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Software Engineer at Accenture, where efforts were directed towards low and no-code analytics and dashboarding platforms, and a Senior Engineer and Team Lead at Spindle, contributing to an intelligent Decision Simulation platform. Additionally, Patrick held the position of CTO at Flexbase, addressing cash flow challenges within the construction industry. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Kansas in 2013.
