Ryan Connor

Ryan Connor is an experienced Applications & Design Engineering Manager at Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, with a background in project and applications engineering. Since June 2018, Ryan has focused on specifying sealing solutions by reviewing customer application data and collaborating with clients to meet their specific requirements. In addition to this role, Ryan has been a Sugarmaker at Connor Maple Farm since 2012, managing operational aspects for a sugar bush with 9,700 tapped maple trees. Ryan's engineering skills were further developed during a Capstone Design project at the University of Vermont, where a new passive caliper for wind turbine applications was created, utilizing CAD and FEA. Earlier experience includes labor for Connor Contracting Inc, where valuable construction and communication skills were gained. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and has furthered education at The University of Western Australia.
