FLEX is a family-owned business that has been a natural part of the dance community in Vallentuna for over 25 years. We offer a wide range of classes, including children’s dance, jazz, disco, street, modern dance, and acrobatics. Our goal is to create a safe and inspiring environment where dancers can develop, have fun, and grow both as dancers and as people.

FLEX is located in Fågelsången, Bällstaberg, with two dance studios for daily training, and also operates in municipal facilities in Täby and Vallentuna. Each class is led by our professional instructors, who have extensive experience in everything from children’s dance and jazz to street, hip hop, modern dance, disco, acrobatics, and ballet.
