Erika Nitsch

Erika Nitsch is a Data Science and Analytics leader with extensive experience in building and scaling data-driven solutions. They served as a Co-Founder at Flex Data, Inc, focusing on creating real-world skill profiles from video game data, and have held multiple roles at FARFETCH, including Data Science Manager and Head of Data Science. They previously worked at Metail as Data Science Lead, where they developed innovative data strategies and managed a team of data professionals. Erika earned a Ph.D. and an MSc in Archaeological Science from the University of Oxford and has contributed to various research and analytics projects throughout their career. Currently, they are the Head of Data Science and Product Analytics at Moonpig.
