Barry Flink has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Barry started their career as the CEO of FLINK INC in 1990 and subsequently held the same position at FLINK INC & LAGRANGE HOSPITALITY. Barry also served as the Chief Executive Officer of LAGRANGE HOSPITALITY LLC. In 1997, they worked as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Bell South Corporation. From 1994 to 1997, they held the position of Director of Employee & Labor Relations at InterContinental Hotels Group. Barry served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Wells Fargo Armored Car Services from 1992 to 1994. In 1991, they worked as the Chief Personnel Officer at LEP Profit International. In 2001, they joined Flex HR - Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing Solutions as the Executive Vice President and eventually became the Executive Vice President & Partner. Their current role is the Chief Operating Officer at Alumni Direct LLC, a position they started in 2020.
Barry Flink pursued their undergraduate studies from 1969 to 1973 at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management.
