Captain HR Lovig, also known as Steve Lovig, is currently redefining Human Resources through personalized consulting services as the Chief Human Resources Advisor at Peak Performance Human Resources Advisors and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Flex HR. With over two decades of executive-level HR leadership, Captain HR has previously held roles such as HR Specialist at GE Capital, HR Manager at Kaplan Higher Education, and Director of Human Resources at multiple organizations, including Homestar Financial Corporation and Surya. In addition to practical HR solutions, Captain HR has experience as an adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University and has worked in various capacities within the radio industry. Captain HR is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Kennesaw State University, which Captain HR is expected to complete in 2023.
