Darian Ward

Darian Ward is a seasoned payroll manager with extensive experience in human resources and payroll administration. Since July 2021, Darian has been actively contributing to Flex HR, specializing in providing consulting and outsourcing solutions. Prior to this role, Darian has been with TNG – A Division of the Jim Pattison Group since 2015, where responsibilities include processing payroll for over 10,000 employees, coordinating onboarding processes, and managing various HR functions such as grievance support and employee benefits. Darian's career began at Georgia Southern University from 2011 to 2014 as a ticketing officer, enforcing parking policies and training new employees. Darian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Georgia Southern University, completed in 2014.
