Haley Gates

Haley Gates is a Continuous Improvement Manager at Flex-N-Gate since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading Six Sigma initiatives, coaching teams in scrap reduction and OEE improvements, and achieving plant savings goals. Previously served as an Engineering Supervisor, overseeing a team and managing quality issues and engineering changes. Prior experience includes roles as Change Implementation Leader and Manufacturing Engineer at BWI GROUP, where significant improvements in OEE were achieved, and as a Drafting Technician at Joink, focused on designing fiber optic drawings. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Indiana State University and an Associate of Science in Engineering Technology from Ivy Tech Community College-Wabash Valley.
