Ivan Melnikov serves as the Assembly Program Manager at Flex-N-Gate since January 2022, overseeing world-class manufacturing assembly line projects globally, from initiation to implementation. Responsibilities include evaluating manufacturing processes, managing large-scale projects, developing project plans, conducting business process reviews, and recommending improvements. Prior to this, Ivan held the position of Project Engineer at KTH Shelburne from March 2014 to January 2022, where project proposal development, automation system design, and team coordination were key functions. Earlier experience includes working at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada as SEIBE-PE, focusing on equipment modifications for new models, and as an Electo-Mechanical Technologist at Homag Canada, providing maintenance and training on industrial machinery. Ivan holds a degree in Robotics and Automation from Humber College, completed between 2004 and 2007.
