Layla Ferguson

Layla Ferguson has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Flex-N-Gate since December 2018. Prior to this role, Layla worked at Plastic Omnium for nearly two decades, where positions included Production Manager, Materials Manager, and NAO Program Quality Engineer. Responsibilities encompassed managing employee operations, material flow, inventory control, and quality assurance processes for numerous projects. Layla's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Siena Heights University and a degree in Clinical Lab Science from Eastern Michigan University.
