Ryan Weiss

Ryan Weiss is currently the Corporate Process Engineering Manager at Flex-N-Gate, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Ryan has had a long tenure at Ventra Plastics Peterborough since August 2003, where roles have included Automation Technician, Injection Moulding Process Technician, Injection Moulding Set-up Technician, Injection Moulding Manager, and Moulding Process Superintendent. Ryan's expertise lies in developing and automating robotic processes for the molding of automotive exterior components, along with maintaining and setting up injection molding processes. Ryan holds a Diploma in Materials Management and Distribution from Fleming College, completed between 2004 and 2009.
