Tom Ryder

Tom Ryder is an experienced executive in the medical device and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the President of Strategic Accounts at Vonco Products, LLC since February 2023, Ryder oversees the integration of Genesis Plastics Welding into Vonco’s operations, enhancing contract manufacturing and flexible packaging solutions across various industries. Since January 2017, Ryder has also held the position of Vice President at the Indiana Medical Device Manufacturers Council, advocating for the medical device industry. Previously, Ryder was with Genesis Plastics Welding for over two decades, serving in multiple leadership roles including President/CEO, COO, and VP of Sales & Marketing. Ryder earned a degree from Florida State University between 1987 and 1991.
