Beth Pieper

Beth Pieper, SHRM-CP, serves as the part-time Town Clerk for the Town of Schleswig since February 2023. With extensive experience in management, Beth has worked at Flex-Staff Inc. since February 1999, first as a Branch Manager and now as an Area Manager, with responsibilities encompassing business development, sales, marketing, staff management, recruiting, and strategic planning. Prior experience includes a role as Payroll Specialist at Kohler Interiors Hospitality from April 1993 to March 1997, where administrative and payroll support was provided across multiple hospitality entities within the Kohler Company. Educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and NHHS.
