Javier Millán

Javier Millán's work experience includes a role as a Software Solutions Analyst at Flex Technology Group, starting in March 2022. In this position, they perform and programs software applications, ensuring successful implementation for devices. Javier'sresponsibilities include responding to service requests at customer locations and through remote support sessions for network integrations of multi-function printer products. Javier also troubleshoots and resolves problems with print management systems and network connectivity.

Prior to their current role, Javier worked at Xerox Business Solutions Midwest from June 2006 to March 2022 as a Digital Integrations Analyst. Here, they performed programming software applications to ensure successful implementation for Xerox devices. Javier was responsible for configuring Xerox devices for customer network infrastructure and solving complex issues as requested by customers.

Javier Millán attended the University of Illinois at Chicago from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Javier also obtained a certification in PaperCut MF Certified Software Solutions from PaperCut Software in March 2022.
