Robert Carpio

Robert Carpio has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Robert started their career in 1992 as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army and served until 1997. From 1997 to 2002, they worked as a Canon Field Technician at IKON Office Solutions. In 2003, they joined FedEx Express as a Courier until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Software/Hardware Field Specialist at Canon USA, where they provided support and installed peripherals for networked environments. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Zeno Office Solutions as a Software/Hardware Field Engineer, specializing in high-volume systems. From 2006 to 2013, they also worked as an Events Promoter/Planner at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at RJ Young as a Field Service Engineer/Canon Escalation Specialist, managing and supporting Canon models and implementing cost-effective repair solutions. Currently, since February 2020, they are working as a Field Engineer at Flex Technology Group.

Robert Carpio has pursued education in various fields related to computer technology and software. Robert attended Broward College, where they studied CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). Robert then went on to study at Clover Park Technical College, focusing on Microsoft CompTia Net+ and Microsoft CompTia A+.
