Adam Walczak

Adam Walczak currently serves as Operations Director for Europe at Flex Wind since May 2024 and as Business Development Manager at WAP Energia since January 2022. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Vestas from April 2010 to April 2024, where Adam held several key positions, culminating as Senior Director, Head of Service Delivery Centre, overseeing a team of over 200 individuals, and driving initiatives in operational excellence, reliability-centered maintenance, and performance improvement across Northern Europe. Adam has also worked as a Product Manager at Utopus Insights and held various managerial roles in sales and technical management at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN, Storage Partners, Balluff Polska, and Wieland Electric. Adam's academic background includes a Master's degree in Energy Management from Poznan University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Business Administration from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
