Thorben Heuing

Thorben Heuing currently serves as the Chief Sales & Operations Officer at Flex Wind since September 2025. Previously, Thorben held several leadership positions at Vestas from October 2019 to August 2025, including Senior Director and Head of Service Sales Offshore. Prior to that, Thorben was the Head of Offshore Service Area at Siemens Gamesa and held various roles at Siemens, including Head of Service for Germany and Project Manager for offshore service projects. Additionally, Thorben's experience at Siemens Wind Power involved sales leadership in both onshore and offshore services across multiple regions. Thorben began a career in sales as an Account Manager at Siemens AG and Siemens Enterprise Communications. Thorben holds an MBA from Düsseldorf Business School/Heinrich-Heine-Universität and a Bachelor of International Management from FOM.
