Previously, Synthia held several senior leadership roles at Flextronics and Solectron, including Sr. Director positions managing inventory and materials across multiple regions in Asia. With a strong background in supply chain management and program management, Synthia has been instrumental in transforming operational strategies within the electronics manufacturing service industry. They earned expertise in high-mix/low-volume and high-volume/low-mix models throughout their extensive career.
