Annika Dybwad is the CEO and founder of FlexAbility Consulting. She has proven success in optimizing potenial in business organizations nationally and internationally.  An expert in developing a culture of ownership and responsibility in an organization, Annika actuates and energizes strategy, leadership, employeeship, communication and mobilization. A proven trainer, she effectively develops facilitators, mentors, HR personnel and leaders. She coaches and cultivates leaders in Scandinavia and internationally.  Annika has extensive experience designing mentor programs in Europe, Africa, South America and Asia.
Annika has long experience working at the intersection of developing and operationalizing strategies. She understands business processes and is passionate about optimizing realization of companies’ strategies by  triggering the potential that lies within their leaders and employees. Drawing on her insights into the current culture and structure of her client companies, she develops concepts and delivers perfectly designed programs to grow their strategy and release the hidden potential of their people.
By building trust and sharing experiences in practical leadership and employeeship training, Annika has provided leadership development in large public and private companies as well as NGO’s around the world since 2006.
Annika has built, developed and managed companies for 25 years, giving her deep operational management experience in addition to consulting experience both nationally and globally.
