Deepika Kumari

Deepika Kumari has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources, with experience spanning over a decade. Beginning as an HR and Admin Executive at Inventum Technology Pvt Ltd in March 2011, Deepika transitioned to Auctus Search Partners as an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition from May 2012 to 2016, focusing on recruitment and social media strategies for middle and senior-level management roles. Following this, Deepika served as a Sourcing Specialist at FlexAbility, part of ABC Consultants, from April 2016 to April 2020, managing end-to-end hiring processes for various RPO clients. Currently, Deepika holds the position of Assistant Manager at FlexAbility, overseeing niche IT and non-IT recruitment since April 2020.
