Mike O'Neill

Mike O'Neill is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales and business development. Currently serving as a Board Member at Flexagon since April 2025, O'Neill also holds the position of Vice President of Partner Sales at Box since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as President of Indirect Sales at Micro Focus from August 2017 to January 2022, where management responsibilities encompassed Channel, Alliance, Service Provider, and OEM business. Additionally, O'Neill held the position of President of Indirect Sales at Cybergolf from June 2008 to January 2018 and was a former Board Member at HyperGrid, which was acquired by CloudSphere, from May 2016 to July 2017. O'Neill's educational credentials include an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Puget Sound.
