Christopher Fowlkes has had a diverse work experience. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Crew Trainer at McDonald's Corporation, a Supply Chain Intern at W.W. Grainger in 2011, and a Franchise Owner at Tepe Consulting in 2008. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Senior Consultant, Strategy and Analytics at IBM, a Senior Software Engineer in Test and Test Engineer at Kabbage, Inc, and a Software Test Architect and Senior Software Engineer in Test at Steady. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they were a Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, QA & Automation, and Test Engineering at Greenlight, and is currently Director of Engineering, Platform at Flexbase, where they focus on developer productivity to scale software development practices and enable full cycle development ownership.

Christopher Fowlkes obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan between 2008 and 2012.
