Emma J.

Emma J. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Emma started their career as an Events Producer at Chocolatree Organic Eatery in 2010, where they developed and executed event production strategies. In 2015, they co-founded and served as the CEO/Director of Global Sisterhood, a leading international women's movement. During their time there, they were involved in various aspects of the organization, including operations, branding, marketing, media creation, and event production.

From 2010 to 2018, Emma J. was the CEO and Co-founder of Kejiwa Creations, a boutique artisan health product company. Emma oversaw various responsibilities such as HR, legal, finances, sourcing of ingredients, wholesale accounts, branding, social media, and customer service.

In 2016, Emma J. joined UNIFY as the Operations Director and Campaign Project Manager. Emma managed internal communications, organizational development, team culture, and business strategies for a remote team.

Emma J. also worked at Moment Factory from 2016 to 2018, where they contributed to the launch of their Tokyo office and managed various aspects of operations, strategic business development, and client relations.

Emma served as the Director of Operations at The Art Of Love from 2020 to 2023, leading the operations of a fast-growing startup that produces and sells online courses and coaching programs for couples.

Emma J. was the Chief Operating Officer at Ghost Financial in 2022 and was responsible for overseeing strategic business initiatives, M&A negotiations, and investor relations.

Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager for Author Douglas Brinkley from 2005 to an unspecified date. Emma assisted with communications, online presence, web editing, events, and research, and was a project manager/editor/researcher for a best-selling book.

Emma J.'s earliest recorded work experience is as a Business Consultant, Coach, and Mentor for Leaders and Entrepreneurs at Emma Clare Juniper starting from 2008. Emma provided coaching, consulting, and mentoring services to entrepreneurs and produced luxury destination retreats for women.

Emma J.'s most recent work experience is as the Chief of Staff & Head of Operations at Flexbase, starting in 2023.

Emma J. began their education at Colorado Rocky Mountain School from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their High School Degree. Emma then attended Clark University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Environmentally and Socially Sustainable International Development. In 2008, Emma J. pursued additional certifications, including a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga Yoga and a Permaculture Design Certification from the Permaculture Design Certification Course. Most recently, in 2018-2019, they attended Mindvalley University, where they focused on Entrepreneurship and Personal Development, earning a degree in the same field.
