Emma J. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Emma started their career as an Events Producer at Chocolatree Organic Eatery in 2010, where they developed and executed event production strategies. In 2015, they co-founded and served as the CEO/Director of Global Sisterhood, a leading international women's movement. During their time there, they were involved in various aspects of the organization, including operations, branding, marketing, media creation, and event production.

From 2010 to 2018, Emma J. was the CEO and Co-founder of Kejiwa Creations, a boutique artisan health product company. Emma oversaw various responsibilities such as HR, legal, finances, sourcing of ingredients, wholesale accounts, branding, social media, and customer service.

In 2016, Emma J. joined UNIFY as the Operations Director and Campaign Project Manager. Emma managed internal communications, organizational development, team culture, and business strategies for a remote team.
