Hadi Solh has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies. In 2004, they began their career as a Senior Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, followed by an Associate role in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. In 2008, they were appointed Chief Investment Officer at Depa Group. In 2016, they joined McKinsey New Ventures (part of McKinsey & Company) as a Managing Director, and was a Series B Investor/Advisor at Reddit, Inc. In 2019, they became a Partner at Atmos Ventures, investing in emerging deeptech science and technology ventures focused on large enterprise and industrial solutions. In 2020, they Co-Founded Flexbase, a finance super app enabling business owners to manage their entire financial lives from one platform, and was a Board Director for ORCA Computing. In 2021, they joined Nethone and Oxford Ionics as a Board Director.
Hadi Solh holds an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied Technology, Corporate Finance, and Strategy. Hadi also holds an M.P.A. from Harvard University, which they obtained with a Scholarship Award in Policy, Economics, and Development. In 2010, they obtained a Listed Company Board Director Certification from the Singapore Institute of Directors.
