Channy Limbu

Channy Limbu is the current Director of Operations at Flexciton. Channy has been with Flexciton since October 2018 and in their current role, they are responsible for leading the company's talent and people initiatives. Prior to their current role, Channy served as the People & Talent Manager at Touch Surgery from January 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for helping to define the company's identity and culture, and executing on the company's vision and strategy. Channy began their career as a Technical Recruiter with Westpoint Recruitment in July 2016 and then D4 Digital Ltd from January 2016 to July 2016. In May 2014, they started their professional career as a Team Trainer with Casual Dining Group where they worked until January 2016.

Channy Limbu has a CIPD Level 5 in HR from AVADO (formerly Home Learning College). Channy also has a Dental Technology qualification from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Channy has also studied at Manchester College and Queen Elizabeth Grammar School.
