Chad Shoemaker

Chad Shoemaker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chad started their career as a Sales Consultant at Unum in 2001 and then moved to UnitedHealth Group as Senior Sales Consultant in 2004. In 2007, they joined Univers Workplace Benefits as a Senior Lead Consultant. From 2009 to 2017, Chad held various roles at Hourglass Management Corporation, including VP Business Development, President, and CEO. During the same period, they also served in similar positions at Flexco Fleet Services, specializing in remarketing vehicles. In 2011, Chad became involved with the Young Philanthropists Foundation as the Co-Chair of the Board of Directors. Since 2011, they have been associated with Tresl™ as Managing Director and Business Development, focused on providing streamlined vehicle loan processes and financial services.

Chad Shoemaker began their education at Worthington Kilbourne High School from 1993 to 1997. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Miami University. This was achieved from 1997 to 2001, with a focus on Marketing and Management Information Systems.
