Janet Smail

Janet Smail has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Janet began their career at Wendy's International, Inc. in 1983, where they served as a Fleet Supervisor for over 17 years. In 2000, they joined Flexco Fleet Services, initially as Fleet Lease Exchange Co and then later as Vice President. From 2010 to 2012, Janet held the role of Director of Business Development at Flexco Fleet Services. In 2017, they founded The Hourglass Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing scholarships to young adults pursuing trade school or community college. Janet currently serves as the Executive Director of The Hourglass Foundation.

Janet Smail has completed their education in the field of History of Art with an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Columbus State Community College. Janet concluded their studies in 2020.
