Previously, Michael was the Regional Sales Manager at Azrock from July 1990 to March 2000, where responsibilities included expanding sales in New England and introducing the product line to the Canadian market. Michael's educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University and a high school education focused on Culinary Arts.
