Bobby Shields

Bobby Shields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as an MBF Marketing Product Support Analyst at Flexco since April 2023, Bobby focuses on heavy-duty mechanical belt fasteners and customer insights. Previously, at Compass from January 2019 to September 2022, Bobby held multiple roles including Team Lead - Product Support, where responsibilities included managing relationships with BPOs, monitoring performance data, and interpreting the Voice of the Customer. Additional experience encompasses sales and marketing management at Escape Reality Chicago, business development for technology clients at Coder Inc., and roles in media sales and creative positions. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Media Arts Productions from the University of Arizona and has completed further education through General Assembly.
