Dana began career at DANAHER TOOL GROUP, progressing from Development Engineer to Engineering Project Manager, responsible for new product launches and innovations, including a patented pin-less universal socket. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University Northwest and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Prairie State College.
