Joseph Allen

Joseph Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and investigation. Currently serving as Global Projects Implementation Manager at Flexco since May 2017, Joseph leads the global strategy for high-value CAPEX and HD mining projects, ensuring effective collaboration across regions and functions. Previously, Joseph held roles at Flexco as Global CapEx Project Engagement Specialist and Technical Associate for the Global Strategic Accounts Program, focusing on project engagement and strategic account planning. Prior to joining Flexco, Joseph was a Senior Investigator at the Office of Executive Inspector General for the State of Illinois, where investigations into misconduct and fraud were conducted, and recommendations were delivered to leadership. Joseph's career began in law enforcement with the Metropolitan Police, serving as a Detective and Public Order Specialist, where critical investigations and operations were executed. Joseph has foundational education in Business Studies and Physical Education from Wellsway School and Wellsway 6th Form College.
