Sam Levine

Sam Levine serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Flexco since May 2024 and has been the Head of Data Acquisition and Strategy at Gilead Sciences since November 2015. In addition, Sam has held the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Child Care Law Center since November 2017. Previous experience includes a judicial externship at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and internships in patent-related roles at the University of Washington Center for Commercialization and with David Lewis, a Registered Patent Agent. Sam also has a background in research, working as a Research Associate at the Allen Institute for Brain Science and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Mary Lidstrom Laboratory. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Political Science from the University of Washington.
