Tammy B.

Tammy B. has over 30 years of work experience in the human resources field. Tammy is currently the Chief People Officer at Flexco, a role they started in May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Flexco from January 2016 to May 2021. Tammy also held the position of Global HR Director at Flexco from 2007 to 2015 and Director of Human Resources from 2004 to 2008. Tammy'searly career at Flexco started as a Human Resource Administrator in 1997 and they were promoted to the role of Customer Service Representative in 1990. In addition to their roles at Flexco, Tammy also has experience serving on the HR Advisory Council at Management Association - The HR Source for Employers from 2009 to 2017 and the Education & Training Committee at Power Transmission Distributors Association from 2009 to 2016.

Tammy B. attended Northern Illinois University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 2016, they enrolled in The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed an Executive Education program called the Chicago Management Institute.
