Tom Wujek

Tom Wujek has extensive experience in leadership roles at Flexco, where tenure spans from January 1992 to the present, culminating in the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer. Previous roles at Flexco include President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Sales and Operations Director, and positions in Sales, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering. In addition, Tom served as President of NIBA-The Belting Association in 2014, overseeing an international trade association for conveyor and power transmission belting. Contributions extend to board membership at HR Source from 2004 to 2010 and serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Workers Compensation Trust of Illinois from 2006 to 2008. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, complemented by executive education in Driving Profitable Growth from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
