Randy Bates

Randy Bates is the Co-Founder of FlexCold and currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at FLEXSPACE, where they focus on real estate opportunities and risk management while also holding supplemental roles in finance. Previously, they were the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at FLEXSPACE and served as President at Evergreen Endeavors, Inc. Randy began their legal career as an Associate at Young Clement Rivers LLP. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree from Mercer University and have a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
