Raphael Barretto is an experienced professional in quality and production management, currently serving as both Production Manager and Quality Manager at Flexcraft since June 2020. Prior to this role, Raphael held the position of Director of Quality at Elite Glass, where a robust quality system for aluminum storefront fabrication was developed, achieving significant improvements in supplier accountability. Previous experience includes Quality Manager at Aqua Products Inc., where a new quality system for robotic pool cleaners was established, and Quality Manager/Engineer at Precision Technology Inc., overseeing a team of nine in an ISO13485 environment. Additional roles include Design/Quality Engineer at CEP Technologies Corporation and internships at W. L. Gore & Associates and Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
