John A. Parks

John A. Parks is the CEO at Flexdrive, a Lyft company, where they lead high-functioning strategy, analytics, and operations teams that drive data-backed business decisions. They previously served as a Green Beret in the Army Special Forces from 2011 to 2017 and held various management roles at Lyft between 2019 and 2020, including Director of Growth Planning and Operations. Parks also worked as a General Manager for the Military Fellows Program at Shift.org in 2018 and was an Infantry Officer in the US Army from 2007 to 2011. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Spanish and Portuguese from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 2007.
