Katie Carter has over 10 years of experience in various roles within the account management and business development fields. Katie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Account Management at Flexe, where they are responsible for managing a team of account managers and developing strategies to retain and grow existing customers. Prior to this, Katie held positions such as Director of Account Management and Director of Strategic Accounts at Flexe, where they gained experience in managing customer portfolios and driving growth strategies. Before joining Flexe, Katie worked at Crowley Maritime as the Director of Sales and Director of Business Development, where they focused on managing supply chains for retail and fashion clients and expanding Crowley's customer base. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the logistics and fulfillment industry.

Katie Carter completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising at Florida State University from 2003 to 2006.
