Andrzej Nowak began their career in 2010 as a Stock Broker at Trigon. In 2012, they moved to IDMSA where they worked in investment advisory, analyzing and valuating companies, along with financial modelling and investment advisory. In 2013, they joined TFI PZU as an Investment Analyst, operating within fields of private equity and investments in debt, managing and organising investment processes. In 2015, they moved to MCI Capital, where they worked as an Investment Manager, managing the assessment of the attractiveness of companies aspiring to the portfolio. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Flexee, a fintech company that provides permanent access to the salary in a flexible, instant way.

Andrzej Nowak obtained their Master's degree in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Finance and Banking from AGH University of Science and Technology between 2005 and 2010. In October of 2009, they obtained a Stock Broker License from the KNF. In August of 2012, they obtained an Investment Adviser License from the KNF.
