Erin McDowell

Erin McDowell's work experience includes a role as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at FlexEnable since January 2023. Prior to that, in December 2022, they worked independently. From January 2022 to December 2022, Erin was involved in business development for augmented reality materials and architectures at 3M Company. Erin also had a long tenure at 3M, where they served as a Business Development Manager and later as a Business Development Manager for the Healthcare division from 2007 to 2022. In 2008, they co-founded the Acara Institute and worked there until January 2011. Before that, Erin held the position of a Six Sigma Black Belt in Sales and Marketing at 3M Company from 2004 to 2006. Earlier in their career, they worked as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Veritec, Inc. from 2001 to 2003, as a Business Manager at Imation from 1998 to 2001, and as a co-founder and VP at Innuity from 1996 to 1998. Erin's first role at 3M was as a Business Manager from 1990 to 1996.

Erin McDowell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis, during the period from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, they have earned several certifications throughout their career. In 1986, they became a US Patent Agent after obtaining the certification from USPTO. In 1995, they received a Project Management Certificate from The George Washington University. Lastly, in 2005, Erin McDowell obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from 3M.
