Henning Sirringhaus

Professor Henning Sirringhaus, FRS, is the Hitachi Professor of Electron Device Physics at the Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge, where he works on the charge and spin transport physics of organic semiconductors as well as other low-temperature processible functional materials and the device physics of organic and oxide field-effect transistors.

He has been a cofounder of Plastic Logic and Eight 19.

Henning has a diploma and a PhD in physics from ETH Zürich, and in July 2015 was awarded the Faraday medal for Physics.
