Adam Shields

Adam Shields has a diverse work experience history. Adam started their career in 2003 as a Sous Chef at The Cypress of Charlotte Club, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Adam served as a Petroleum Supply Specialist in the US Army, where they successfully managed fuel inventory and ensured compliance with environmental and transportation regulations. In 2012, they also worked as a beneficiary at the Wounded Warrior Project. In 2013, Adam joined Transition Training Academy as a Work Study, where they tutored students and maintained classroom systems. Since 2017, Adam has been working at Flexential, where they have held multiple positions. Adam started as an Incident Response Analyst II, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents. Later, they were promoted to Service Support Supervisor, overseeing shift support and guiding department procedures. Currently, they hold the role of Sr. Manager, Security Operations, where they contribute to the company's security operations.
