Anna Firliet, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at two institutions. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Syracuse University's College of Arts and Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Human Resources at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School. In addition to their academic credentials, Anna Firliet also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2022.
