Anna Firliet

Anna Firliet, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering and talent management. Anna currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Flexential, where they support a diverse workforce of 600 employees across various departments. In this role, Anna collaborates with leadership to review team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans aligned with business objectives. Anna also provides mentorship to HRBPs and other HR team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices. Prior to joining Flexential, Anna worked as a Senior HR Manager at NFP, where they played a key role in workforce planning, performance management, and coaching managers on goal setting and performance reviews. Anna also held HR manager positions at NFP, HR Acquired, and State of Vermont, where they gained experience in areas such as organization restructuring, staffing levels, and HR administration. Anna began their career as a Junior HR Generalist at The Vermont Country Store and has held various other roles in organizations such as Town of Foxboro, VELCO, Origins Natural Skincare, Rutland City Public Schools, and Killington Mountain. Anna Firliet, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at two institutions. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Syracuse University's College of Arts and Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Human Resources at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School. In addition to their academic credentials, Anna Firliet also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2022.
