Austin Goodrich

Austin Goodrich has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Austin started their career as a Cable Technician at ICS - Integrated Communication Systems in 2016 and later moved to Spectra Broadband in the same role in 2017.

In 2019, Austin worked as a Security Operations Manager at Signal 88 Security, where they were responsible for hiring and managing security personnel. Austin then transitioned to a role as a Security Specialist at Security Industry Specialists, where they provided patrol and escort services, monitored security systems, and responded to incidents.

In 2020, Austin joined Nebula Networking as a System Administrator, where they troubleshooted issues and researched new technologies.

Currently, Austin is working at Flexential since 2021. Austin started as a Data Center Operations Technician I, where they resolved technical issues and escalated facility and customer issues. Austin then progressed to the role of Incident Response Analyst I, where they provided initial analysis and triage for customer calls and worked closely with the Level 2 support team. Austin is currently working as an Incident Response Analyst II, where they continue to resolve customer requests and incidents with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Overall, Austin Goodrich has gained experience in cable installation, security operations, system administration, and incident response throughout their career.

Austin Goodrich completed their high school education at Forest Grove High School from 2012 to 2016, earning a High School Diploma. In addition, they obtained various certifications such as SL1 Certified Operator from ScienceLogic, ZCP Managed Service Provider, ZCP: Enterprise Engineer (Zerto 9), and Zerto Certified Associate from Zerto, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in March 2021.
