Doug Garrett

Doug Garrett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Doug started their career at Sapphire Technology - Verizon in 2004, where they held multiple contract positions, including Quality Assurance Specialist, Desktop Systems Analyst, and Database Administrator. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Network/System Administrator at Professional Employer Plans, managing a network of workstations and servers, as well as serving as an HRPyramid administrator. In 2008, they joined IT Authorities as the Director of Managed Services, where they developed, led, and motivated a team to provide excellent support and customer service. Since 2012, Doug has been working at Flexential, initially as a Technical Assistance Center Manager and currently as an Area Manager.

Doug Garrett attended Western Illinois University from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Computer Science and Spanish. There is no information available regarding whether they obtained a degree during this time.
