Doug Kiley

Doug Kiley has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Doug started their career at Corporate Express in 1998 as a Project Manager and UNIX Systems Administrator, where they successfully led a UNIX server consolidation project. In 2000, they joined (i)Structure/Infocrossing as a Manager of UNIX, Linux and Desktop Services, overseeing the development and operational support for internal and customer-facing UNIX and Linux systems.

In 2007, Doug joined Wipro Technologies as the Director of Database Services, where they managed a team of DBAs and oversaw the architecture and design implementation for existing environments. Doug later became the Director of Database and Middleware Services, responsible for the support of database and middleware environments and leading a team of IT professionals.

Since 2013, Doug has been working at Flexential, initially as the Manager of Storage and Data Protection Engineering and currently as the Director of Storage and Data Protection Engineering. In this role, they built and managed a team of IT engineers, supported a large number of storage arrays, and developed support models for various storage platforms.
