Garth Williams

Garth Williams is the current Chief Financial Officer at Flexential. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and CFO of ExteNet Systems, Inc. from May 2019 to June 2021. There, they were responsible for Extenet's financial management and strategic planning. Prior to ExteNet, Garth served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Admin Officer of Kroll from February 2013 to September 2018. At Kroll, they were responsible for the company's financial management, risk management, and operational planning. Garth also oversaw the sale of Kroll to Duff & Phelps and the integration of the two businesses post-transaction.

Garth Williams attended the University of Melbourne, where they earned their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Garth then went on to study at Kings College. After completing their studies there, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland. Garth also holds certifications from the CFA Institute and the AICPA.

Their manager is Chris Downie, Chief Executive Officer, Board Member. They are on a team with Patrick Doherty - Chief Revenue Officer, Tricia Ory - Senior Vice President, Finance, and Veena Bricker - Chief People Officer.
