Hailey Fuqua

Hailey Fuqua has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Hailey began their career in 2009 as a Subscription Representative at the Boston Symphony Orchestra, where they tracked subscription packages and engaged with patrons. From 2010 to 2013, Hailey worked as a Subscriptions Coordinator at the Huntington Theatre Company, managing the subscription base and handling customer inquiries. Hailey then served as the Marketing and Patron Services Manager at Boston Baroque from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Hailey joined Opus Affair as the Director of Client Services, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they developed and maintained client relationships. In 2020, Hailey also worked as an Assistant Audience Services Manager at The Boston Conservatory, managing event staffing and addressing patron concerns. Hailey simultaneously served as a Mentor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2020 to the present, providing guidance and support to students.

Hailey's experience with Salesforce administration includes roles at Zipcar as a Salesforce Administrator from 2020 to 2021, and at Yes Energy as a Senior Salesforce Administrator from 2021 to 2023. Hailey is currently working as a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Flexential, starting in 2023.

In addition to their professional career, Hailey pursued their passion for opera and worked as a professional opera singer since 2006. Hailey also freelanced as an opera singer throughout their career.

Hailey Fuqua's education history includes a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Historical Performance - Music from Boston University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance and Opera at Boston Conservatory at Berklee from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Hailey Fuqua has also obtained several certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certifications. Hailey also holds an Inbound Certification from HubSpot and a Patron Manager Admin Certification (Lightning and Classic) from Credly.
